Evolve Talent Management is led by Rachel Cohen McKenna, a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry. With a career that began in 1998  at Vincent Cirrincione Associates in NYC while earning her BFA at Syracuse University, Rachel gained invaluable experience representing both emerging and established actors across various mediums.

Rachel became a franchised agent with Independent Artists Agency in NY, where she was introduced to, and worked with the most prestigious casting directors in the industry. Her projects ranged from the biggest Braodway musicals to TV Episodics and Feature Films. She honed her negotiating skills, and strengthened her contacts across the board.

For 25 years (until opening Evolve Talent Management), Rachel simultaneously ran RCM Vocal Studios, where she taught and coached actors at all levels. Students appeared on Broadway and National Tours, often making their debuts after working with her.

Rachel's natural rapport with actors, and willingness to work alongside them as a team member, led her back to management, where she could concentrate on career development full-time.

​Her passion for working with actors drives her cultivate a roster that balances experienced and well known actors with young, deveopmental clients to help grow  and expand careers, negotiating contracts on stage and screen, producing concerts. nurturing and bringing creative ideas to life. With a strong focus on representing exceptional talent in theatre, film, and television, she is committed to empowering her clients, focusing on long term career goals, and recognizing each actor as the individual they are.
